Shipping drive for data recovery

To avoid damage in transit, all shipped media should be packaged securely. The following guidelines will help you minimize potential damage.

Wrap the drive securely in bubble wrap.

Make sure you have a sturdy shipping box for your device. Ensure that the device cannot move around within the box.

Print, fill out and enclose data recovery order form before sealing the box.
Please Note: In order to be able to view this document you must have the Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your PC. If you do not have it, download it for free from here.

Mark the outside of the package "FRAGILE - HANDLE WITH CARE".

Create a shipping label with your name and address in the upper left corner. To create a quick shipping label click this link. Print it(Right-click->Print), fill out and stick to your package.

Ship your package to the following address:

For our international customers(including US): when filling out customs paperwork please clearly state in the description box "Damaged hard drive for repair only". This should help eliminate any delays in customs clearance.
